6 August 2017 10:52:00 AM
On Friday we hit the Beijing Olympic Centre to take a look at the birds nest and the water cube stadiums. Beijing put on a beautiful blue sky day for us and man it was HOT!Team Q
We then headed over to the National Science and Technology Museum after stopping into another beautiful restaurant for lunch.
We then got to see an awesome acrobatics show complete with performances on the high wire, an all girl diablo troupe, lots of high flying tumblers featuring a four stack balancing act with people juggling. Sadly no cameras were allowed.
This is what it looks like when you take 120+ people out for dinner

Wow what a day we've had! We left our hotel an 7.30 this morning and returned at 9.30 this evening. When I'm writing the blog I can usually here kids running up and down the hallways and lots of talking, right now there is not a whisper of noise anywhere. We started the day with bus ride to the Forbidden City, pictured below is Tiananmen Square. We got a bit of light Rain early today but it kept us cool and cleared up just before lunch.
